Ways of ordering

You can place your order from “LavalMore.gr” in the following ways:

1. Online Orders: Through www.lavalmore.gr You can complete your order through our online store either as a visitor or as a member. We recommend you to become a member for the best possible communication and tracking of your order.
2. Through a message on our company’s Social Media: If a more direct communication through social media is convenient for you, our company has accounts on Facebook, Instragram where you can send your orders with an ‘inbox’ message and a representative will contact you for its completion.
3. Order via Email: by sending your order via Email you can have a more direct communication with our representatives. Any questions you have are welcome and we will try to solve them.
4. Telephone Order: If you find the above ways difficult, then you can contact our specialized sales staff at our store at 2310286135 and place an order. Our opening hours are Daily 10:00-19:00 and Saturday 10:00-15:00
5. Order in our physical store: The best way to place your order is to visit us at our store in Thessaloniki – Center, 63 Ermou Street, P.O. Box 54623, ground floor physical store so that we can get to know each other and serve you in the best possible way and solve any questions you may have.

Additional Information (Shipments) :

• Shipments throughout Greece and Cyprus
• The products will be at your place in 1 to 3 working days if you are in land destinations (up to 3 working days for island destinations and up to 5 working days for inaccessible destinations), through our partner courier company ACS courier. If you choose BoxNow, you have next business day delivery
• All orders completed by 18:00 are shipped the same day. Deliveries of orders are made on working days from 8:30 to 19:00 (except Saturday/Sunday & holidays)
• The shipping cost for all Greece is FREE when you choose ACS Courier, while when you choose BoxNow it is 2.20€
• In case of using the Replacement service (exclusively through ACS Courier) there is an additional charge of 5.00€. The Replacement service is not supported when you select BoxNow
• In case there is a shortage in size or product we will contact you
